Large clumping blue-green colored warm season grass that can be aggressive in small spaces. Purple tassel-like flowers follow at the end of summer and leaves turn various shades of red and orange in fall. Provides habitat for many insects, small mammals and birds. Host to many Skippers, including the Dusted Skipper and Indian Skipper.
