Gray-headed Coneflower (Ratibida pinnata) Seed Packet
Showy daisy-like flowers with drooping yellow rays adorn strong slender stems in summer. Attractive and beneficial to many native bees such as sweat bees, digger bees, cuckoo bees, small and large carpenter bees, and bumble bees. Wasps, beetles, flies and butterflies also visit the flowers. Host for Silvery Checkerspot butterfly larvae. Goldfinches and other birds enjoy eating the seed.
